That's the most unhealthy for you, okay maybe getting diabetes would be, but, you get the message. <br /><br />Do you write down everything that you eat? Sometimes that can be a reality check for us. I hear really good things about South Beach, I just like the way that I eat, so, I have no interest in a different plan. Even if people think that carb diets are from hell, that's their opinion, if it works for you, do it!! Cut out the white flour and sugar, and up the fruits, veggies, lean meats and whole grains.
